It's still snowing here and -10C at night so time for warm things.

Fried aggs with onion and tomatoes

I have discovered some new recipes from National Cuisine Week in Russian Artists Team on Etsy.

And today I'm going to try Shaksouka from Galia .

You need tomatoes, yellow onion and eggs.

As I have not fresh tomatoes at the moment I took frozen (my mother in law presented them to mee - they are from her garden).

I fried onion, added tomatoes without skin, added eggs. I mixed all together so my kids could not find yolk and  white:).

And I add some cheese. It's very yummy! Thank you Galia for the recipe!
